Service Description

Free consultation to answer questions or concerns that you may have about home care. We will assess the patient in what kind of services you will want and need to create a care plan. As well as reviewing your home for any safety or logistical concerns. Note: Due to Covid-19 precautions, we will have a phone assessment completed first. If an in-home assessment is required, we can further discuss during the phone appointment.
